woman had just been involved in a catfight that left the sidewalk littered
with handfuls of hair extentsions. At the time of this photo, her opponent
was yelling "We s'posed to be family! Blood is thicker than water--
don't you know that, Bitch?"
Blood is thicker than water? Apparently,
competition for water resources is fierce among females in the District
of Columbia.
This
