If you haven't already done so, forget about the controversial trash-to-steam plant proposed by Philadelphia mayor Wilson Goode in the mid-80's.   I am about to show you, step by step, how to turn ordinary trash into cash with no gimmicks or work involved.

1.  Go to your place of employment and
wait until you receive a delivery packed in
brown paper wafer type packaging like this:

2.  Remove the packing material

3.  Place the packing material on your head and
tell co-workers that you look like George Washington

4.  Approach a co-worker and ask if  he
would like to try wearing the packing material

5.  Have him sit for a serious portrait.

6.  Cut, paste, and BOOM--  Trash to Cash
